Once set, a deposit limit may be reduced immediately but cannot be increased for a period of 7 days to allow for a cooling-off period.
Only Real Money Funds are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds (prior to wagering requirement completion) are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

Upon suspension of an account, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending investigation. Real Money Funds deposited legitimately will be returned following completion of any required investigation and KYC verification, unless they are subject to seizure under applicable law.
